Q: What payments do you accept?
I use Stripe which is a hassle free, secure payment processor. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
You do not need a Stripe account to buy my products. All you need is a valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, You can easily cancel your subscription under ‘Your Account’ once signed in. You can cancel at any time prior to any charge but once payment has been processed, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
Q: How long will I have access to the images?
You get to keep the images you download for as long as you want! Please remember that they are licensed to you only and sharing or reselling is not allowed. If you cancel your membership ( we would miss you!) you would no longer have access to the library or any new images added.
Q: What am I allowed to do with the images?
Tons! You may crop the image, overlay the image with your own design, add a filter or turn it black and white. You may adjust colours. Once you have added your product or image to the styled Photograph you (or anyone) may share it on social media for promotional purposes.
You may use the images to promote yourself and your own business. You may use the images for clients as samples only (proofing, mood boards etc.).
Q: What am I not allowed to do with the images?
You are not allowed to share or resell the images in part or in whole.
You may not cut/paste and rearrange the props within the images. (Special permission may be given under certain circumstances. Contact me with any requests.)
You may not use the Images for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use.
You may not use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products, services, resources, courses, whether for free or paid.
Q: How often will new images be added?
A minimum of 30 new images (often 80+ per month in 2018) will be added monthly! I’m always creating new products to add value and keep the library updated so you can refresh your brand anytime and as often as you’d like. I will also be adding exclusive images to Her Creative Studio Stock Library for you that will not be sold anywhere else!
Q: What size are the images?
The majority of the images are 6016 x 4016 300dpi RGB jpg files. All images going forward will be that size. The original collection is 4608 x 3072 300 dpi RGB jpg files. If the image is an unusual size then the size will be shown on image thumbnail. Tech Mockups with PSD Smart Object Layers are available when you download entire bundles.
Q: Do I have to credit your images?
Credit is never required, but always appreciated. Remember to use #hercreativestudio so we can see how you use the images and even feature your business but again, it's optional! Know someone who could benefit from this amazing membership? I’d be forever grateful if you shared!
Q: Can you overlay my product for me, even if I pay you?
Unfortunately I do not offer this service at this time. But don't worry! The Library has easy to follow tutorials that show you step by step how to add your products to my styled stock and edit them like a pro in Photoshop.
Q: Do I need Photoshop to use your images?
No! Although Photoshop and Illustrator are a must have in my arsenal, you can also use free programs like Picasa, Flickr, Gimp or CANVA.
